  • Her little boy is back but she knows something broke him but he’s back and she just can’t stop crying
  • Percy hesitating for a split second before hugging her back
  • Sally noticing how tense he is before whispering ‘you’re safe baby’
  • Percy fully relaxing into the hug when she says that because she’s right
  • Percy feeling like his gut got hit by a truck because it all just hits him
  • He’s safe
  • He’s back home
  • He’s in his mom’s arms.
  • The two move to the living room and just sit on the couch with Percy huddled up against Sally like he did when he was younger
  • Paul coming back from work and is relieved Percy is back but notices how broken he seems
  • Paul looking at Percy eyes and also realizing something happened
  • Paul saying “You look like you’ve been through hell son”
  • Percy absolutely breaking in his mom’s arms at those words.

Consider this: Finn stealing a fry off of Rey’s plate because he heard that’s a cute thing couples do and he wants to balance out their “I’LL SAVE YOU!” emotional intensity with some cute things, only Rey freezes and Finn’s like, shit, I just stole food from someone who grew up without it, what Attack Mode did I just activate. But then she just fucking dumps all of her food on his plate all “I’LL FEED YOU, YOU’LL NEVER GO HUNGRY WITH ME” and they’re right back in the emotional intensity, and Finn doesn’t even like fries that much.

I may not be shy but I agree with you 100% about the whole participation part !

This is so important, a few days ago my teacher shouted at me saying how I wasn’t going to pass my class all because I don’t like to put my hand up to answer questions.

I specifically tell my teachers to not call on me because being put on the spot throws my anxiety in a tizzy and I end up looking like an idiot. Do they listen though? No.

Elementals of the Zodiac

Fire: The Salamander - Not to be mistaken with the amphibian, Fire Salamanders are small, dragon-like beings that usually appear a foot long but can alter their size as they see fit, sometimes appearing as great beasts or the smallest spark of light. Their skin is slick and ephemeral like a flame, dark yet glimmering like a brilliant ember. Without Salamanders, there would be no fire in this world, they are the beings which make flame come to life, lying in wait for matches to come out.

Earth: The Gnome - Gnomes are rarely seen by humans as they move through the earth with as much ease as we move through the air and stay there. They seek out humans very rarely but when they do it is often in order to help them. They guard mines full of gold and jewels or forests in which animals take refuge. These elementals take on many forms from elves to satyrs but in their natural state their skin shines dully like gold and crystals sprout from their shoulders.

Air: The Sylph - These beings are Air itself. They are drawn to humans who are artists or philosophers as Sylphs seek to whisper inspiration in their ears. Sylphs rarely take on physical form, if anything they may appear as a whisp of smoke, but when they do appear as humans their form varies wildly. Sylphs may appear as gorgeous adults or precious cherubs, as angels with broad white wings or fairies with gossamer, gauzy wings of cloud; their eyes glow a bright white and their being is translucent.

Water: The Undine - Beautiful, humanoid beings that reside in lakes, rivers and waterfalls. Their songs are often heard by humans but simply written off as the call of birds or babble of water. At first glance, Undines are easily mistaken for humans but when you look closer you can see the nictitating membrane that flickers across their eyes like a crocodile’s and the unearthly sheen to their skin. Their laugh may be as sweet as a bird’s song but their smile reveals vicious fangs.

You would be surprised with how many people in your life could be going through depression at this very moment.  People hide it like a paper bag over their heads out of fear of being judged, made fun of, seen as weak, or just not taken seriously.  Depression should not be taken lightly, it holds us down from our purpose and potential in life.  Those who tell you that it doesn’t exist have never experienced depression in their life, therefore not understanding the symptoms and how it’s something that cannot be fixed in a day!  So if you think you are depressed or if you think you know someone else who is, please talk to a friend, a family member, or anyone else in your life that you trust - never overlook the possibility of seeing a doctor for more professional help!!  Your feelings are real, your feelings are shared upon millions.  Don’t hide it, talk to someone about it.  With the right help, you can rediscover your confidence and begin life anew with our undying love and support!
